His expansion within South Florida rapidly grew and began venturing into renovations, remodels, new construction, commercial build-outs and mixed use developments.
His latest involvement in the real estate development market, such Mediterranean Village and Grove Isle, has propelled and reinforced his position within South Florida.
Today Jorge is responsible for the daily operations of the company and the financial aspects that drive Intelligent Construction inc, towards success.
His in depth knowledge of the luxury real estate market in South Florida, helps his team curate the necessary sub-contractors, architects, interior designers and vendors to deliver only the best performance across all projects.

Xavier A. Fernandez

As General Contractor and Qualifier for Intelligent Construction, Inc., he is responsible for all construction activities and oversees all construction processes from permitting and inspections to scheduling and all the way through job completion.
Throughout his career, Fernandez has worked throughout Latin America and the United States designing and building projects ranging from private residences to hospitals, hotels, apartment buildings, monuments, industrial plants and office buildings.
After Hurricane Andrew he worked with Miami-Dade County HUD and later with other General Contractors in the re-building process of numerous public housing projects.
He is an Architect with a B.S. in Architecture from the Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C. and has a General Contractor license from the State of Florida.

As the Vice President of Construction for Intelligent Construction, Inc., he is responsible for construction activities and oversees every project from planning to selection all the way through job completion.
Throughout his career, Fierro has worked throughout Latin America and the United States designing and building projects ranging from private residences to apartment buildings. He gained a lot of his experience on Fisher Island where he helped with the construction and renovation of luxury apartments and buildings.

As the director of business development for Intelligent Construction, Inc., he is responsible for interfacing with potential new clients as well as current and past clients. As well, he handles social media marketing and other marketing efforts for the company.
